3-6 month Interim Client Details PageGroup are supporting a large, highly successful national organisation with the appointment of an Interim HR Business Partner to join for a circa 3-6 month project based in North Leicestershire. This role can offer hybrid working of 3 days on site and 2 home per week. Description As an Interim HR Business Partner, you will work as part of a busy HR team and support with a wide range of areas, including but not limited to: Change management projects such as restructures, reorganisations, TUPE and redundancy Provide advice and guidance to the business on a wide range of people matters Support with the development of HR policies and procedures Support with a wide range of complex employee relations matters Profile Ideal applicants for this role will have a proven background in a similar position.
You will be comfortable dealing with a wide range of employee relations matters and also supporting with large-scale, change projects such as restructures TUPE and redundancies Job Offer Up to £55,000 3-6 Month interim Hybrid working available
