As a Lead Orthopaedic Scrub, you will:

Perform the scrub role in consultant-led orthopaedic surgeries Work effectively both independently and as part of a team Manage people and processes within the theatre environment Utilise your orthopaedic scrub experience to ensure high standards of care Support the development and training of junior staff Maintain current NMC/HCPC registration Optionally, hold a Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) Package and Benefits: The Lead Orthopaedic Scrub position comes with an attractive package: Annual salary of £38,000 - £46,000 Welcome bonus on top 25 days leave plus bank holidays Private pension scheme with up to 5% employer match Private medical cover with options for family inclusion Life assurance at three times your base salary Access to free training and development opportunities Additional benefits like free parking, subsidised meals, and more The ideal Lead Orthopaedic Scrub will have: Current NMC/HCPC registration At least 2 years of orthopaedic scrub experience Proven ability to manage people and work effectively in a team A warm, empathetic, and considerate personality A Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) is desirable but not essential If you have experience or interest in roles such as Theatre Nurse, Scrub Nurse, Operating Department Practitioner, Surgical Nurse, or Orthopaedic Nurse, this Lead Orthopaedic Scrub position could be perfect for you.
