The role is to support a female adult in her own home with a view to enabling greater independence and confidence. Our client is interested in fashion, clothes, make-up, art, and travel, so ideally the applicant would have similar interests.
Experience of supporting individuals who have complex needs is essential.
Duties will include: Occasional support with personal care. Prompting with daily living tasks such as maintaining personal care, domestic duties, and taking medication. Accompanying our client into the community to visit clothes shops, beauty shops, cafes, and possibly going for a walk in the local park.
A car driver with business insurance is essential. Further details will be discussed at the interview.
Hours to be worked:
Monday – Friday. Monday – Thursday 4 hours per day and 3 hours on a Friday. Very occasional weekend work may be required.
Hourly rate:
£15.00. Holiday entitlement of 5.6 weeks plus a workplace pension.
