The Sage Experience Platform (SXP) Onboarding Product Manager will focus on onboarding products and regions to the Sage Experience Platform to unlock the Suite Experience for customers of strategic products and geographies. You’ll drive rapid onboarding through a systematic factory approach, continuously improving processes, training, and tools. Through leading end-to-end platform integrations from discovery to launch, you’ll enhance revenue, operational efficiency, and successful regional implementation. Key Responsibilities: Lead SXP integrations and capability adoptions managed by the SXP onboarding team. Identify, prioritize, and drive the backlog of continuous improvements for SXP onboarding processes and tools. Define and communicate product requirements and rationale, building strong relationships with all stakeholders, particularly product management across business units, product engineering, experience design, product marketing, customer hubs, finance, FP&A, country commercial leads, and executives. Play an active part in product governance on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis to ensure that the program of work associated with the product(s) achieves KPIs set for the product: P&L, NPS, growth by region and by channel, etc. Drive business growth utilizing ROI, revenue, and NPS feedback while collaborating with engineering to build the product. Serve as the voice and advocate of the mission, offering detailed product knowledge and maintaining close collaboration with in-country experts and stakeholders. Create, maintain, and communicate product roadmaps monthly; perform and document change management in lock step with process. Adopt rigor in all activity including use of tools, processes, and methodologies such as Aha, JIRA, Agile. Requirements: Possess a solid background as a Product Manager with knowledge of Accounting, HR, and Payroll domains, along with experience in software or SaaS/Cloud companies. Experience working in cross-functional teams with a strong focus on continuous improvement. Execute effectively in a fast-paced, highly iterative environment while leveraging agile and lean product management principles. Passion for technology including Cloud, Social, Mobile, and Analytics in B2B and B2C.
