Position: L&D Specialist

The L&D Specialist will sit within the People team and will be responsible for scoping training, design, and delivery of content. Responsibilities:

Scope training needs and design training content. Deliver training at a Senior stakeholder level. Manage training projects effectively. Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and stakeholders. Minimum Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience working in a training environment. Effective project management and delivery experience. Excellent communication skills. The role is offered on a 12-month fixed-term basis.
