Key Responsibilities Scheduling and Coordination: Ensure all training sessions are scheduled and instructions are promptly sent to all parties involved. Course Management: Book delegates onto courses and manage any necessary amendments. Cost Management: Oversee and manage direct costs related to training sessions. Customer Support: Efficiently address queries from customers and internal staff. What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate will possess: Strong Communication Skills: Proven experience in roles requiring effective communication and organisation. Administrative Expertise: Excellent administrative and organisational skills. Proficiency in Excel: Ability to manage and analyse data effectively.
