We are looking for a Recruitment Assistant to work on our International recruitment. Previous experience within international recruitment and/or a similar role is desired, but full training is provided. You will need to be enthusiastic, proactive, and organised to support the delivery of an efficient and effective international recruitment service across our organisation. The Recruitment Team supports the recruitment and safe on-boarding of staff into the Trust, and this role will specialise in international recruitment. This role will see you working with a range of stakeholders including other Recruitment Assistants, Recruitment Coordinators, Hiring Managers, Candidates, and Internal teams. Manage the recruitment process for international recruitment via TRAC, our recruitment applicant tracking system. Provide excellent customer service to our Hiring Managers by assisting them with their recruitment questions and queries. Work towards reducing our Time to Hire to help ease our staffing needs. Work as part of a team to deliver an excellent recruitment service to the organisation. A typical day in the General Recruitment Team: Working via TRAC to ensure vacancies are moved through the recruitment life-cycle in a timely manner. Attend a morning meeting with your Recruitment Coordinator regarding priorities for the day. Respond to email queries from stakeholders in a timely manner. Answer phone queries. Advertise roles via TRAC and NHSJobs. Send out conditional offers of employment. Make COS applications. Process candidates' pre-employment checks in line with the NHS Checks Standard. About us
