You will work to support North Lincolnshire Council’s One Family Approach, to ensure the best possible outcomes for families and children. The successful candidate will: Be a qualified social worker or nearing the end of their training Have experience of working with children, young people and their families Have understanding of statutory and legal responsibilities towards children, young people and their families Be able to communicate effectively with children, families and professionals Have the right to work in the UK In return we will offer you: A manageable caseload Ongoing training and development including support for newly qualified workers to complete their ASYE.
