Are you a qualified Social Worker or nearing the end of your training to become a qualified Social Worker? Do you want to make a difference in North Lincolnshire? Are you looking for a new challenge? If so, we have fantastic opportunities for you to join our outstanding Team with multiple posts available in our Case Management (Child in Need/ Child Protection) Teams. North Lincolnshire Council Children’s Services was rated as Outstanding by Ofsted, in our most recent inspection. You will work to support North Lincolnshire Council’s One Family Approach, to ensure the best possible outcomes for families and children. We believe in supporting children and young people to remain in their families, schools and communities through our commitment to enable resilience. The successful candidate will: Be a qualified social worker or nearing the end of their training Have experience of working with children, young people and their families Have understanding of statutory and legal responsibilities towards children, young people and their families Be able to communicate effectively with children, families and professionals Have the right to work in the UK In return we will offer you: A manageable caseload Ongoing training and development including support for newly qualified workers to complete their ASYE.
