Academics Ltd is working with an esteemed school in the London Borough of Brent that prides itself on providing a warm, enriching environment where children can thrive. The school is looking for a Reception TA who is committed to nurturing the unique talents and interests of each child. This role is within one of the Reception TA classes, in a team with a Team Leader who oversees the team. Each member of staff in the team will lead on some specific areas of strength in the curriculum and support in other lessons and snack and play duties. The successful candidate will be a team player and confident in themselves.

Role Responsibilities:

Plan and implement engaging activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive learning community. Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years. Undertake classroom preparation and organisation. Maintain a safe and stimulating environment that adheres to regulatory standards. Take responsibility for planning activities and the assessment of children to aid with the overall development of the pupils.

Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. Dedication to upholding the highest standards of care and professionalism. Ability to establish and develop positive relationships with the whole school community. Respect confidentiality at all times. Good time management, with the ability to set and work to deadlines. Flexibility and the ability to work on your own initiative. Passionate about children's learning and development.
