Under the leadership of our new CPO, we are expanding our small and efficient HR team to transform the way we support the F1 racing team and wider business here at AMF1.

The HR team’s role in making the car go faster involves becoming a team of experts delivering truly efficient and streamlined experiences and processes to create standout employee experiences at every touchpoint.

We have a new opportunity to be part of our HR team in the role of HR Assistant.

Providing accurate and consistent HR provision to all employees, our HR Assistants support the wider HR team to deliver best-in-class service, accurately contributing to the Team’s primary objective of consistently being a top team in Formula One.

You will be the first point of contact within the HR team, providing guidance and general advice to managers and employees whilst delivering HR administration within the HR remit. You will play a key role in supporting our HR Business Partners, responsible for running inductions and administration of employee lifecycle (including supporting visa arrangements where required), training initiatives, and support with payroll administration. You will also have the opportunity to get involved with project work to support our HR Business Partners and HR when required.

Key skills:

CIPD 3 qualified (or currently studying).

An excellent working knowledge of HR in the workplace, with a hands-on, practical approach.

Thorough understanding of UK employment legislation, HR policy, and process.

Approachable, confident, and professional communicator across levels of stakeholders, skilled at building, developing and maintaining strong working relationships.

A champion of change, inspiring others through creativity.

An analytical problem-solver with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Confident under pressure and comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Target-driven, with good time-keeping skills.

Flexible, adaptable, and quick to adjust in evolving situations.

Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
