As HR Assistant within this high-tech engineering company, you will be supported in your career growth within the HR department. Working closely with the HR Advisor, you'll support the HR Team in the efficient and effective provision in achieving the Company's objectives.

Responsibilities:

Ensure all HR administration is undertaken in a timely, accurate and efficient manner, continuously seeking ways to make improvements.

Update various systems to show starters, leavers and data changes.

Coordinate onboarding for new starters including the setup of new employee induction plans and the HR induction meeting.

Support the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

Previous experience working within a busy office.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Excel spreadsheets for data input.

HR background and knowledge (i.e. recruitment, absences, disciplinaries, etc.) would be advantageous but not essential.
