Are you an experienced Senior HR Advisor or HR Manager seeking a new and dynamic challenge?
The Role:
Operational HR Support : Provide comprehensive HR support.
Collaborative Advisory : Work alongside managers to offer advice and assistance on HR matters.
Recruitment Oversight : Manage all aspects of client recruitment, from selection to onboarding.
Salary and Appraisal Management : Oversee clients’ salary review and appraisal processes.
Compliance Assurance : Ensure client policies and procedures comply with current employment legislation.
Documentation Drafting : Create employee-related documents including contracts, staff handbooks, changes to terms and conditions, and employment termination paperwork.
Project Support : Assist HR Account Managers with HR reports for clients and ensure projects are completed within budget and on time.
Workshop Delivery : Conduct HR-related workshops and participate in client review meetings as needed.
Exceptional Client Service : Provide a unique and outstanding service to WOW our clients.

Requirements:
Solid HR generalist skills with strong recruitment experience.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines and deliverables.
Detail-oriented with superb customer service skills.
