with shopfitting and interiors refurbishment experience on a permanent basis. Founded in 2007, we are based in Coventry in our new 2500 sqft offices, excellently located for all major motorways, only 5 minutes from Junction 3 of the M6/M69. Working for end user direct clients nationwide on a range of projects including Commercial, Office, Retail and Leisure, this is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join a rapidly expanding organisation. Having our own in-house design, many of our projects are a complete concept to completion process working with the clients/owners directly, gaining all necessary approvals and installing the project. Contracts Manager / Projects Manager Salary:
£60-65k Depending on Experience Responsibilities include: Day-to-day running of all varieties of contracts with values ranging from £10k to £500k. Liaison and permit approval process with high street, automotive, and shopping centres. Client liaison and financial management of projects through to completion and final account. Site surveys and tender pricing as required. Material procurement and coordination with clients' nominated trades. Liaising with our in-house designer and assistant for site setup files, risk assessments, and H&S files. Completion of O&M files. Key Skills required: Ensure the delivery of the project within the budget and time scales specified. Estimating contracts and tendering. Ability to work independently and in a small team. Quality, customer service, and delivery in a live environment. Guaranteeing the profitability of the contract, including pricing and delivering extra works. Strong business acumen and good financial management skills. Health & Safety control, both internally and externally. Effective management of directly employed staff and sub-contract labour to ensure commercial control. Development and oversight of monitoring systems to track project success, final accounts, and in-contract variations. Plus Car allowance: £5K
