PAYE Job Description: Creates reports to help identify deliver sales and service driving initiatives with Retailers and Tenants and supports in making improvements in passenger experience. Some knowledge of the product range for each Retailer is needed, ensuring business partners are compliant on a day-to-day basis with range and general standards. Identify and incorporate new opportunities, operational activities, and work streams that maximize sales and service opportunities. Continually improve the operational excellence and service standards of our business partners to deliver excellent passenger experience in line with all Initiatives. Focus on compliance with company Security, Fire, and Health & Safety policies, ensuring safe working practices to minimize risk to self, work colleagues, and customers. Particular focus on Property tenants' safety. Produce preventative maintenance life safety asset reports and dashboards, ensuring Property buildings are compliant with statutory obligations. Manage day-to-day logistics operations, supporting Retail and Property to manage Back of House operations, including working with the HCC Supplier to ensure deliveries are optimized and managed in a timely way. Actively participate in crisis management and assist in coordinating contingency planning as required, maintaining service levels during crisis situations. Ensure Business Partners support the delivery of environmental and sustainability standards as relevant to their brand. Ensure communication and understanding of changes to HAL processes and policies and assist with operationally setting up new business partners at Heathrow.
