Parent Engagement Officer

to work with our friendly and professional Sales and Marketing department based at our Basingstoke Head Office. As the face of the organisation, you will be required to deliver exceptional service to customers who contact us regarding placing their children in one of our nurseries. Key Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships with Nursery managers to manage parent’s expectations. You are the voice of the organisation and the first port of call to a new customer. Provide an end-to-end solution for each customer throughout their journey with the organisation. At all times maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and work to establish a positive rapport with every caller. Knowledge of the occupancy management process. Seek opportunities and solutions to convert leads. Respond quickly and accurately to all customers and internal colleagues. Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call. Adhere to GDPR practices.
