Job Description

A Mechanical Estimator is required for a large Building Services company, ideally with some Project Management experience. This is for a very busy projects team, with an abundance of Building Services Projects running at any one time. The ideal candidate will work alongside the Project Management team to deliver these projects to the best possible standard. The ideal candidate will have some design and build bid MEP estimating experience. The ability to demonstrate previous project approvals in which you've been involved is crucial, along with the process you would go through to price up projects in full detail. This role was initially to replace an M&E Project Manager, but it made more sense to bring on a Mechanical Estimator due to the sheer volume of projects to tender for over the next few months. A lucrative, fast-paced role that can start permanently in December 2024.
