Project Leaders

to play a pivotal role in delivering water infrastructure and treatment projects across the UK. This unique position blends the responsibilities of Project Management and Design Engineering, offering an excellent opportunity to grow professionally, achieve chartership, and develop cross-discipline expertise. Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with Site Managers and Quantity Surveyors in a "project triangle" to ensure technical, constructability, and commercial aspects are integrated into project delivery. Lead the design process for treatment or infrastructure projects, from initial concepts to detailed design, construction, commissioning, and handover. Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including civil, electrical, mechanical, and process designers, BIM modelers, and technical specialists, to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to industry standards. Undertake design responsibilities within your discipline and provide mentorship to less experienced team members. Build strong, collaborative relationships with client project teams, operational staff, and technical assurance teams to foster a "one-team" ethos. Requirements:

Degree in Engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical, or related discipline). Progressing towards a professional qualification (e.g., CEng or IEng). Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills to coordinate diverse project teams and manage client relationships. A valid driving licence and flexibility to travel to project sites as required. What’s in it for You?
