QA Manager

to join our dynamic team in

South Normanton, Derbyshire. Location:

South Normanton, Derbyshire Salary:

£42,000 Work Arrangement:

Hybrid (Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM) Reports to:

Head of Quality Direct Reports:

Approximately 4 Key Responsibilities

As the QA Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and quality standards. Your key tasks will include: Health & Safety Compliance:

Ensure all direct reports adhere to company health and safety policies and report accidents/near misses immediately.

Quality Assurance Oversight:

Provide QA oversight for our warehouses, acting as an RP/WQP where applicable.

Regulatory Compliance:

Maintain knowledge of and compliance with GDP, GMP, ISO 9001, and client requirements.

Incident Management:

Record and investigate quality incidents, client complaints, and deviations, identifying corrective actions.

Training and Development:

Ensure all direct reports are trained in GDP and relevant procedures, conducting regular performance reviews.

Audits and Inspections:

Host client audits, manage findings, and perform internal and supplier audits.

Documentation Control:

Manage, approve, and control quality documents and changes, ensuring proper records are maintained.

Essential Skills

Experience in Quality Assurance

People management experience

Flexibility in approach and work

Valid driving license

Document control and data integrity experience
