Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP. The following is essential criteria: Degree in Social Work SWE Registration Right to work within the UK Trafford Council require AMHP’s to cover both ad hoc shifts and we also have a full-time 3/4 month assignment. Ideally looking for 3 workers that can do ad hoc shifts and one person to cover full-time Monday to Friday on a 3 to 4 month assignment. You will be a fully qualified AMHP with one year's experience. Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 to 4.30pm. Some flexibility will be required at times around finish time if you have to complete an assessment. You will carry out adult mental health assessment work. The hub is based at Sale Waterside and you will generally be in the office for case discussions – but there is some flexibility if you have assessments to write up (these can be done at home). You will be carrying out assessments in hospitals and homes – so you will need to be a driver and have access to a car to travel to visits and carry out assessments. Rate of pay is £40 per hour as you need to be AMHP qualified with one year's experience. You must have: A professional qualification in social work Social Work England registration. Post qualified experience. Enhanced DBS/Update service. References required for the last 5 years of employment.
