As an LPN on our team, you'll play a crucial role in providing direct patient care and supporting our healthcare team. This position requires a blend of clinical skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to teamwork. Current LPN license in good standing Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current healthcare practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate nature with a genuine interest in patient well-being Experience working with older adults or supervising nursing assistants preferred Proficiency in electronic health records systems Flexibility to work various shifts, including some weekends and holidays BLS certification required Have a passion for excellence and compassion for people Culture makes all the difference in an organization.
