We are looking for compassionate and dedicated

Care Assistants

to join our friendly and supportive team at Knockdene Health Care This is a rewarding role where you will make a real difference in the lives of our residents by offering personal, emotional, and physical care. What We Offer: Accrued holiday pay of up to 5.6 weeks Enhanced weekend & night rates of pay All Bank & Public holidays paid at double time Very flexible shift patterns Ongoing training Uniform provided Company pension Staff awards Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care and support to residents in a warm, friendly, and respectful manner. Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation. Monitor and record residents' health and well-being, reporting any concerns to senior staff. Ensure the environment is safe, clean, and welcoming. Foster strong, positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues. Assist in creating and delivering care plans that are tailored to each resident’s needs. Key Requirements: Previous experience in a care environment is preferred but not essential (training will be provided). Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work as part of a team and independently. A caring and professional approach to supporting vulnerable individuals. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
