Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Norwich
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent
Overview:
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will work on tendering activities and new projects in the pipeline, leading commercial activities on a project in the region. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the pipeline of projects and would suit an experienced Senior Surveyor with a track record of leading commercial activities on projects from £5m - £30m.
Duties:
Exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project delivery Working alongside the project delivery team to ensure contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectors Managing the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreement Being involved with final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcome Manage the project commercial team
Requirements:
Regional / National contractor experience as the Senior Surveyor Experience on projects ranging between £5m to £30m Previous experience managing Quantity Surveyors on large contracts
