This is a fixed term/secondment post until 01/03/2026. Main duties of the job

As the Senior Workforce Advisor for the Pembrokeshire team, you will provide expertise and advice to managers across the County on a range of operational areas of HR including the management of sickness absence, disciplinary and performance matters and organisational change. You will develop positive relationships with managers and employees and work with colleagues across the Workforce and Organisational Development function to identify people centred solutions. Qualifications & Knowledge

Graduate Member of CIPD Degree or equivalent level of experience Evidence of continuing professional development Extensive knowledge of employment law HPMA member ECDL Broad understanding of Agenda for Change Experience

Generalist HR experience Working in partnership with TU's in a Unionised environment Working in a multidisciplinary environment and across departments/County Disciplinary issues NHS Experience Experience of managing organisational change & advising on staff consultation Other

Flexible approach to the needs of the service Ability to travel between sites in a timely manner Level 1 Welsh Disclosure and Barring Service Check

This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions. £37,898 to £45,637 a year (pro rata if part time)
