As the Senior Workforce Advisor for the Pembrokeshire team, you will provide expertise and advice to managers across the County on a range of operational areas of HR including the management of sickness absence, disciplinary and performance matters and organisational change. You will develop positive relationships with managers and employees and work with colleagues across the Workforce and Organisational Development function to identify people centred solutions.
