The Clinical Services Administrator is a member of the multidisciplinary team and has a key role in delivery of the administrative functions across the clinical services, including the admission, referral and discharge of patients. The role involves liaising and communicating with internal and external staff, and working with other administrators to ensure the efficient and effective running of hospice departments. The post holder is based on the In-Patient Unit, and will work at other hospice bases such as the Compassionate Communities Hub as required. About us

Clinical Services Administrator £24,414.00 per annum Are you highly organised with a passion for teamwork? We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Administrator to join our dynamic In-Patient Unit (IPU) team. In this pivotal role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our unit by collaborating with internal and external staff and working closely with fellow administrators. What You’ll Do: Support the day-to-day administration of the IPU. Liaise and communicate effectively with team members, staff, and external stakeholders. Prioritise tasks and manage your workload efficiently to meet deadlines. What We’re Looking For: Strong organisational skills with a proactive and team-focused approach. Solid IT proficiency, including familiarity with office software. Previous experience with minute-taking and using the EMIS patient record system is a plus but don’t worry, we can provide training if needed!
