Dual Head Veterinary Nurse - Small Animal

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dual Head Nurse to lead our nursing teams at both 1066 Vets and Sussex Coast Vets. This unique position offers the opportunity to shape and influence the quality of veterinary care across two dynamic practices. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the nursing teams at both practices, ensuring high standards of care. Oversee clinical operations, including surgical and medical nursing care. Mentor and support junior nurses and veterinary assistants. Implement and maintain best practices and protocols in line with RCVS standards. Coordinate with veterinarians and other staff to ensure seamless patient care. Manage nursing schedules, training programs, and performance evaluations. Facilitate communication between the two practices to promote consistency and efficiency. Are You The Perfect Fit?

We are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) with a minimum of 5 years' experience. Previous leadership or management experience within a veterinary practice. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to delivering the highest standard of patient and client care. Willingness to split time and responsibilities between the two practices. Work-life balance
