Job Summary: As a Full-Time Caregiver at CAREROSE CARE Ltd, you play a crucial role in providing direct care and support to individuals in need in the Colchester/Harlow area. Your responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks aimed at meeting the physical, emotional, and social needs of our clients. You will be an integral part of our caregiving team, contributing to the overall well-being and comfort of those under our care.

Key Responsibilities: Personal Care Assistance: 1. Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. 2. Provide support for mobility and transfer as needed. 3. Companionship: 4. Foster a positive and engaging environment by offering companionship and meaningful interactions. 5. Participate in activities that align with the interests and preferences of the individuals under your care.

Medication Reminders:

Provide gentle reminders and support for clients in adhering to their medication schedules. Ensure accurate documentation of medication administration. Meal Preparation and Assistance: Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as required. Pay attention to dietary restrictions and preferences.

Monitoring and Reporting: Observe and report any changes in the client's condition, behavior, or environment. Maintain open communication with the care team and family members. Maintaining a Safe Environment: Identify and address potential safety hazards in the client's home. Follow established protocols for infection control and emergency situations.

Documentation: Complete necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Keep records of care provided, changes observed, and any incidents.

Qualifications: 1. Previous caregiving experience or similar role is preferred. 2. Possession of a valid driving license is necessary. 3 Compassionate and patient approach to caregiving. 4 Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with the care team. 5 Basic understanding of personal care, hygiene, and safety practices.
