Provide support for mobility and transfer as needed. 3. Companionship: 4. Foster a positive and engaging environment by offering companionship and meaningful interactions. 5. Participate in activities that align with the interests and preferences of the individuals under your care.
Medication Reminders:
Provide gentle reminders and support for clients in adhering to their medication schedules. Ensure accurate documentation of medication administration. Meal Preparation and Assistance: Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as required. Pay attention to dietary restrictions and preferences.
Monitoring and Reporting: Observe and report any changes in the client's condition, behavior, or environment. Maintain open communication with the care team and family members. Maintaining a Safe Environment: Identify and address potential safety hazards in the client's home. Follow established protocols for infection control and emergency situations.
Documentation: Complete necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Keep records of care provided, changes observed, and any incidents.
Qualifications: 1. Previous caregiving experience or similar role is preferred. 2.
