This is a fantastic opportunity to gain first-hand experience in a classroom setting, supporting the educational development of young children. Support the classroom teacher with daily teaching and learning activities. Provide one-on-one and small group support to students. Assist with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment. Work closely with the teaching team to help students reach their full potential. Be available full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 4:00 PM). Primary TA Requirements:
Some experience working with children/young people (youth work, tutoring, childcare, mentoring, volunteering, etc.). A positive, friendly, and confident personality. Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure. A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development. Full-time availability during term times. Benefits:
