Grade 10 SCP 36 - 39 £45,718 - £48,710 An annual enhancement of £5,000 is paid for this post. Hours of Work / Working Pattern:
37 hours Monday to Friday Main Place of Work:
Dock Office, Barry / Agile Working Description: To provide a social work service to children, young people and their families / carers, in line with the relevant legislation, guidance, regulations and national standards. To work as part of a team, as one of three Practitioner Managers, to manage, screen and allocate referrals coming into the Team. To undertake strategy discussions and work with partner agencies in order to ensure effective and timely support to children, young people and their families / carers. To supervise social work staff in their direct social work practice. To deputise for the Team Manager in their absence.
