Phoenix enables digital transformation in the workplace, empowering UK organisations to innovate and transform with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, data, AI, security, and collaboration tools. We are now very excited to grow that team further by hiring a ServiceNow Solutions Consultant to guide our customers through the journey of digital transformation with the ServiceNow platform. What will you be doing?

Solution Development

– you will be the in-house expert for ServiceNow solutions, helping the team to craft solutions for complex client needs covering the diverse ServiceNow application suite. You will be providing expert recommendations for implementations that ensure alignment with vendor and industry best practices. Sales & Client Engagement

– you will be supporting the sales teams with technical and functional inquiries during pre-sales and will lead preliminary scoping sessions. You will be expected to engage with a wide range of client stakeholders, from technical SME’s to C-level executives and will provide clear and in-depth project scope information to both vendor and implementation partners. Knowledge Acquisition & Management

– as the subject matter expert in the team you will be required to maintain your ServiceNow certifications and stay informed on all delta releases as well as engaging in internal knowledge sharing through webinars, training sessions and team mentorship. What are we looking for?

The right person for this role will already have significant experience in a similar position and will be able to bring their experience and knowledge of the ServiceNow platform with them to this role. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, industry insights, and exceptional communication skills to design and deliver solutions to complex business challenges. Key Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and at least one additional major application suite such as ITOM, ITBM, SecOps, GRC, CSM, HRSD, or SAMP. Must hold at least one (three preferred) ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification. Must have ServiceNow Sales and Pre-Sales Accreditation in Platform, ITSM and one additional specialist area. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adept at presenting to diverse audiences. Self-motivated and disciplined with a strong ability to manage multiple complex projects. Strong troubleshooting skills and commitment to ongoing learning of service delivery solutions. Practical stuff

Where is the role based? While our HQ is in Pocklington (YO42) and you will need to spend some time there in the first initial weeks to establish relationships with the team, we are able to support a fully remote position. How many interviews? Following a screen with the Recruitment Team you can expect a two-stage interview process, one online and one in-person. What are the benefits? You can read about the benefits on offer here. Why you should apply?

ServiceNow implementation is a relatively new area of our business and this means we have a huge customer base that contains a lot of untapped potential and the right person will be able to excel. There will be huge opportunities for growth as one of the first in our team to specialise. At Phoenix, our philosophy is simple – we aim to be the UK’s leading IT solution and managed service provider and that means we recognise that it’s our people who are the heart of everything we do. We do this by providing the encouragement, support and skill development that you need to be the very best you can be at work. We are proud of our culture, so much so that we have developed our Culture Blueprint which you can read here. Discover more about working at #TeamPhoenix
