Smile Education are seeking to appoint a committed colleague with a passion for Child Development and Health & Social Care. This is a full time role starting in January at a reputable Secondary school in Cannock. You will be able to develop excellent classroom practice in meeting the needs of students of all abilities. You will be surrounded by a warm and welcoming team where they have excellent CPD opportunities with over 1000 students on roll. This is a long term role, with the option to go permanent should you wish to!

You will need:

be a strong, committed and reflective teacher with a proven track record of progress at KS4 and KS5 have previous experience in raising student attainment and implementing effective intervention have excellent interpersonal and communication skills be aware of the new changes in the curriculum, and have ideas of how to implement them be committed to maintaining the high standard of teaching that is already embedded within our Learning Community.
