Senior Support Worker

We are currently looking for a Senior Support Worker to join a Children's Home based in Irvine. We are looking for an experienced Senior Support Worker to support the high-quality care and education for young people with Social, Emotional, Behavioural Difficulties and Learning Disabilities. About the team You will be joining a large national provider with access to a wide range of expertise and backgrounds. With career prospects through continuous professional development and training provided, you will be able to enhance all skillsets. About you You will be Level 3 qualified in Residential Childcare with access to a full UK driving licence and vehicle due to the location of the service. You will be able to work shift patterns that include weekends, earlies, lates, and potential long days. You will have the ability to manage shifts and make decisions in the absence of the leadership team to support junior members of staff to continue to provide continuity of care for the young people.
