Our reception and administration team play an important part in our medical centre as they are the first point of contact for our patients and their whanau. Experience desired but not necessary. What is necessary is outrageously good customer service skills, a great attitude with an aptitude to learn and to work well as part of a team. You will be expected to be open to learning new tasks and have an eye for detail and accuracy. A great sense of humour and a high level of empathy is a must. Based out of Hastings, we are part of a group of two practices and there is opportunity to work across both. This is a permanent full-time role, working between Monday to Friday. About the position: As a receptionist, you will report to the Reception Team Lead and be part of a team that: Welcomes patients into the medical centre Thrives in an extremely busy environment Manages incoming calls from patients and providers Manages appointment bookings and payment handling for the practice You will bring to the role: Experience in customer service A professional and positive attitude Enjoy working in a diverse environment Decision-making and problem-solving skills For more information and to apply online, click
