A top-tier firm in Guildford is looking for a Healthcare Solicitor to join its highly rated team. You will be working with leading individuals and key lawyers in the field on complex and high-profile work on behalf of dentists, nurses, doctors, and pharmacists. Responsibilities: Handle a diverse range of cases involving fitness to practice proceedings with regulatory bodies for healthcare professionals. Provide legal support for healthcare professionals in inquests, local NHS disciplinary proceedings, clinical negligence claims, and criminal investigations. Offer specialised advice in areas such as pharmacy market entry applications. Requirements: A qualified solicitor, open to various levels of PQE. Proven expertise in healthcare regulatory matters. Committed to delivering high-quality legal services and maintaining the department's reputation for excellence. Those with a background in criminal defence or inquiry, including investigative and evidence-gathering experience, will be considered. In this Healthcare Solicitor opportunity, you will benefit from a low-target and low-pressure environment that focuses on providing high-quality work. You will receive benefits as follows: 3 days working from home, 2 days in office. On-site parking (in central Guildford). Strong career progression (senior associate, partner progression). We are open to part-time applicants with a minimum commitment of 4 days a week (3 days may be considered on a case-by-case basis).
