Hours:

Full time, 37.5 hours per week with core hours 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday shift

Salary:

£46,434.55 - £51,078.01 (depending on experience and skills)

Lead our Clinical Team and Be the Driving Force Behind Our Mission!

Reporting directly to the Regional General Manager (RGM), you'll be the driving force behind a newly established clinical team, leading and inspiring them to increase their skills and knowledge. Your leadership will ensure that our clinical goals not only align with our vision but also focus on safety, exceptional client experiences, and sustainability. Expect some travel during the training period as you play a key role in seamlessly coordinating our services.

You'll be the champion of continuous improvement, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding client care. By setting the highest standards in clinical practice, you'll be the gold standard everyone aspires to. Your collaboration will help forge strong partnerships with our Operational and Clinical departments, crucial for our success. If you've got experience in clinical management and leadership, know how to motivate a team to deliver outstanding client care, and hold a valid Nursing and Midwifery PIN, we want you on our team!

Support in Our Regional Expansion: Lead the Setup of New Sites and Build Our Future Team!

During the first 6-12 months, you'll be instrumental in setting up new sites across the region, including:

Assisting the RGM with strategic planning and executing new site launches

Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of operations, technology, and personnel

Leading recruitment, induction, and training for a full-service delivery team

The job description for this role is the 'BAU' following initial site and service mobilisation and travel across the Region and to other Regions will be expected.
