We wish to appoint an apprentice to support our pupils’ learning, emotional and behaviour needs. On-the-job training will be provided to achieve all aspects of the role requirements. Ongoing support will be offered by the Line Manager and your College Assessor to achieve the Apprenticeship. Responsibilities: Support SEND pupils on a one-to-one basis, small groups, and whole class activities. Assist the class teachers in delivering provision within an inclusive mainstream setting. We are looking for individuals who are... Creative, flexible, resilient, and energetic. Warm and empathetic with a good sense of humour. Able to show excellent interpersonal and reflective skills.
