A successful Main Contractor with an excellent reputation in the local market is looking to grow their Commercial team due to new projects secured in Norfolk. The business works across the Mixed-Use, Residential, Education, and Science sectors. The successful candidate will be joining the business to work on an Education project valued at c£15m in the county. The company has an excellent staff retention rate, with a clear structure and programme in place for their employees' personal development; this role is to lead a new project win in the region. Duties & Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing daily commercial management functions, including but not limited to: measurement & valuations, applications for payment, reconciling accounts, dealing with sub-contract orders and enquiries, through to practical completion of the project and settling final accounts. Desirable Experience: Minimum 5 years+ experience as a QS working for a Main Contractor. Good communication skills. Experience working in a team. BSc in Quantity Surveying or comparable qualification. Previous Roles: Assistant Quantity Surveyor OR Project QS OR Trainee Quantity Surveyor. Qualifications & Skills:
