The company is committed to the continuous improvement of their processes and services. Job Description Managing all financial aspects of the construction project. Liaising with construction and sales teams to ensure project targets are met. Conducting risk and value management assessments. Preparing reports and forecasts for upper management. Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements. Scrutinising maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals. Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors. Ensuring all documents and materials are kept up to date. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Quantity Surveyor should have: A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field. Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials. Excellent numerical and financial management skills. Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills. Proficient in computer software related to the job.
