Pay breakdown and shift patterns: Daytime shifts 7am-4pm, evening shifts 4pm-10pm. You will be required to work alternate weekends. Under 25 hours: £13.00 day, £13.25 evening, £13.50 weekend day, £13.75 weekend evening Over 25 hours: £13.50 day, £13.75 evening, £14.00 weekend day, £14.25 weekend evening We work our shift patterns around your availability! Flexible working hours: We have both part time and full time roles available, and offer daytime, evening and weekend shifts to help you choose a schedule that works for you. Paid Mileage: 45p per mile for your travel between calls. Paid DBS check and uniform: Your background check and uniform is fully covered by Anglian Care, allowing a smooth onboarding process. Early pay app: access 35% of your wages as soon as you complete a shift. About the role: As a community care assistant, you will care for adults in their own homes to provide practical, physical, emotional, and social support to service users to achieve their desired outcomes. Where required, this includes supporting customers with personal care tasks, such as food and fluids, toileting, and bathing, as well as medication and domestic duties whilst ensuring dignity and respect are maintained at all times.
