Early Years Practitioner - Full-Time Position - January 2025 Start

Are you passionate about supporting young children's development in their critical early years? Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner (CACHE Level 3 or equivalent) to join a mainstream primary school nursery in Camden, starting January 2025.

Role Overview As an Early Years Practitioner, you will work closely with the Early Years team to provide high-quality care, education, and support for children in the nursery. This full-time role is perfect for someone dedicated to fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the planning and delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. Observe, assess, and document children's progress to ensure their individual needs are met. Collaborate with class teachers and other team members to create an engaging learning environment. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Promote the physical, social, and emotional development of all children. Ensure the welfare and safety of children at all times.

Requirements:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (CACHE Level 3 or equivalent). Proven experience in a nursery or Early Years setting, preferably within a primary school. Excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A caring, patient, and adaptable approach to working with young children. A valid DBS check or willingness to undertake one.
