REGISTERED CARE MANAGER
We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager or a Deputy Care Manager looking to step up to a manager role to work in the adults domiciliary sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge and the opportunity to help a service grow and to ensure the lives of the adults are fully supported with excellent levels of care. We are continuing to grow and develop.
Competitive salary ranging from 30,000 to 35,000 per annum DOE

The Role:
As a Registered Manager, your role will include:
Overseeing the delivery of care services for adults, delivering high levels of care in line with regulations
Ensuring strict compliance with CQC
Managing staff and resources effectively
Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans
Liaising with families and healthcare professionals
Assessments, supervisions, and overall management of the support workers
Following policies and procedures
Clinical reviews
Overseeing the rotas
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for the Registered Care Manager should have:
Relevant qualifications in healthcare - level 5 highly desirable or be working towards it
Excellent communication and leadership skills
A strong character and be a good communicator
A reflective leader
A desire to develop their own style of management
Experience working closely with the owners to develop growth plans for the service
Experience as a manager or a deputy manager
A passion for high levels of care
A full UK driving license

A basic salary of 30,000 - 35,000 DOE
