JustNurses are currently recruiting for a Healthcare Assistant to cover shifts at our client's hospital in Swansea.
We offer a range of shift patterns, including days, nights, and weekends to suit your requirements with excellent pay rates of £15-£25 per hour. You will be assigned a dedicated consultant who will secure shifts for you in your desired location, so you do not need to worry about a thing.
As an agency HCA, your key responsibilities will include: Providing direct patient care Assisting with daily activities Ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients Supporting the nursing staff by taking vital signs Assisting with mobility and personal care Observing and reporting any changes in patients' conditions
To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 6 months' experience in a formal caring environment or hospital setting. In addition, a comprehensive understanding of relevant hospital policies and procedures is required to ensure the delivery of safe and effective care.
