This position is to work as an OT in a Promoting Independence team. We work to a therapy lead reablement service providing equipment and adaptations to support people reach their goals.
Responsibilities include:
Completing strength based assessments
Housing Needs assessments
Moving and handling
Using a reablement approach

You must have:
Post qualified experience.
Enhanced DBS/Update service.
