Our client is a high street fashion store that is rapidly expanding and continues to open new stores year on year! As a Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of creating an exceptional environment for customers while inspiring the team to deliver brilliant customer service. You will be responsible for leading from the front and controlling budgets, driving sales, and KPIs to ensure that the high levels of performance are maintained in line with the wider business. Supervisor Responsibilities: Working closely with the Head of Retail to drive results in store Leading by example, driving sales, and maximizing results Managing supervisors and a team of up to 5 associates Driving company expectations and KPIs Delivering exceptional customer service and influencing your team to do the same Inspiring, coaching, and developing all associates HR and recruitment Keeping up to date with the latest fashion trends Visual merchandising and visual excellence Supervisor Experience and Background: Retail management experience within fashion, accessories, or footwear Experience in managing KPIs and budgets to improve current store performance Track record of developing, coaching, and mentoring high-performing teams This is a great opportunity to really lead and manage a busy store!
