Job Description Job Title: Project Manager Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Car OR Car Allowance Location: Coventry Sector: Offsite Construction Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in delivering high rise projects? Would you enjoy working for a family run business with a very strong pipeline of work? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a family run business who really do put their employees first. Managing structural framing contracts across different multi-storey projects, you will be the point of contact for all site-based activities such as liaising with clients, subcontractors, and design teams to ensure a profitable and safe delivery of each project. With a strong pipeline of work, you can expect to be involved in a variety of different projects for different main contractor clients. We would welcome conversations with Project Managers who: Have a background in delivering structural framing contracts e.g. timber frame, light gauge steel & structural steel Can demonstrate a solid background in managing projects from inception through to completion Are able to create and work to construction programmes effectively Are willing to travel to projects as and when required Hold a valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid certificates If you are interested in this role please contact ARV Solutions or click 'Apply' to submit your CV for consideration.
