The Admin Team Coordinator is integral to providing comprehensive administrative support to the clinicians who support the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme (HCP) to children, young people, and families living within Hampshire. The Admin Team Coordinator will work in collaboration with the clinical and non-clinical team members and will have responsibility for managing the administrative process for booking appointments, managing referrals and transfers in and out of the team using the Open RiO electronic patient system, in accordance with standard operating procedures. With a positive approach to customer care you will need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, prioritise your workload and manage your time efficiently. Applicants must have excellent IT skills and be prepared to work in other bases when necessary.
