Early Years Teaching Assistant We are seeking a passionate and proactive Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a busy and fun Primary School in Croydon. If you have a love for working with children and an energetic approach to helping them thrive, we can't wait to hear from you!

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will be a key part of creating a nurturing and engaging environment where young learners can flourish. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys getting fully involved in children’s activities, whether that’s exploring the outdoors during playtime or leading creative and educational activities inside the classroom. Sitting back isn’t your style; you’ll be right there alongside the children, inspiring and encouraging them every step of the way.

We’re looking for an Early Years Teaching Assistant who:

Has a proactive attitude and brings positive energy to the classroom. Is excited to get involved in all aspects of early years learning, from hands-on activities to outdoor adventures. Loves working with children and takes pride in supporting their growth and development. Is aspiring to become a Primary Teacher (desirable but not essential). Has experience working within an Early Years setting previously. Is either educated to degree level or has a Level 2 in Supporting Teaching and Learning. Can commute to New Addington, can start in January, and can commit initially until the end of the academic year (contract extensions are possible). Our partner school believes in teamwork and prides itself on creating a supportive environment for staff and pupils alike. As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you’ll be part of a collaborative and innovative community, making a real difference in the lives of the school’s youngest learners.

If you’re the kind of Early Years Teaching Assistant who’d rather join in with a game than sit on the sidelines, who sees every day as an opportunity to make learning fun, and who approaches challenges with enthusiasm, then you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

To apply for the Early Years Teaching Assistant role, click apply now and submit your application today. Let’s inspire the next generation together!
