We have an immediately-available vacancy for a main contractor's Site Manager on the first phase of a two-phase, £175m regeneration of The Ledbury Estate in Peckham.
The successful candidate will be given 80 new homes to build in two blocks, the largest of which is 14 stories in height. The candidate will join the project at its outset and will be expected to have full project lifecycle experience from breaking ground and RC frame construction to façade, finishes, and handover.
The role would therefore best suit candidates who have around 10 years of management experience and are attracted to great career prospects with a successful, expanding, family-owned London builder.
With interviews available from w/c Monday 13th January, the salary is a competitive £60k to £70k plus car allowance and package.
