Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and enhance client satisfaction. - Provide leadership and guidance to the investment and advisory teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial services. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families, understanding their unique financial needs and objectives. - Oversee portfolio management activities, ensuring optimal investment strategies are employed to meet client goals. - Stay abreast of market trends and economic developments to provide insightful advice to clients and the firm. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold the firm's reputation for integrity and excellence. - Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree (such as an MBA) is preferred. - Significant experience (10+ years) in wealth management, investment management, or a related financial service environment. - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving financial performance. - Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts clearly. - Relevant industry certifications are essential.
