We are seeking a skilled Driving Recruitment Consultant to join our cleints thriving team in Bradford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with recruitment experience or a strong background in the driving and logistics sector who is looking to take the next step in their career. What You'll Be Doing: Managing a portfolio of clients within the driving and logistics sectors. Building relationships with new and existing clients to understand their recruitment needs. Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates for various driving roles including HGV, LGV, van drivers, and other logistics positions. Delivering high levels of customer service to clients and candidates, ensuring satisfaction. Meeting targets and earning commission based on your performance. Growing the driving division, identifying new opportunities, and expanding the client base. What We're Looking For: Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within driving or logistics, though other recruitment backgrounds will be considered. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A proactive, self-motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
