The Role: Working alongside franchisees to build the business Proactively marketing the business Growing the care hours within the private market Domiciliary & Live-in Care Focus on quality, compliance and carrying out audits Ensure the efficiency and levels of care are at the highest standard Be a brand ambassador for the company
Required Competencies: Management experience within a care setting is essential Proven track record of growth & line management of staff Excellent people management/communication skills Knowledge of Surrey area - desirable Passionate about delivering high-quality care Strong commercial acumen
